Return & Freight Policy
Effective Date: March 12, 2026
This Return and Freight Policy (“Policy”) governs the purchase, pickup, and delivery responsibilities associated with products sold by US Rubber Corp (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order with US Rubber Corp, the purchaser (“Buyer,” “Customer”) agrees to the terms outlined below.
1. All Sales Final – No Returns
All product sales made by US Rubber Corp are final.
US Rubber Corp does not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or credits for any products once an order has been confirmed or fulfilled.
Customers are responsible for verifying:
- Product specifications
- Order quantities
- Product suitability for their intended use
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Customers must inspect all products at the time of pickup.
If a Buyer believes the order contains incorrect items or visible damage prior to leaving the pickup location, the Buyer must notify US Rubber Corp immediately.
Once the product has been removed from the pickup location and accepted by the Buyer or the Buyer’s carrier, the order will be deemed accepted as-is.
3. Freight Policy – Will Call Only
All orders from US Rubber Corp are sold on a Will Call / Customer Pickup basis.
The Buyer is solely responsible for:
- Arranging freight transportation
- Selecting and scheduling a carrier
- Coordinating pickup times
- Paying all freight and shipping costs
US Rubber Corp does not arrange freight shipping services unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
4. Transfer of Risk and Title
Risk of loss and title transfer to the Buyer when goods are made available for pickup or loaded onto the Buyer’s designated carrier.
US Rubber Corp is not responsible for damage, loss, or delays once goods are released to the Buyer or carrier.
5. Pickup Requirements
Buyers must ensure their carrier or pickup representative:
- Arrives during scheduled pickup hours
- Provides proper documentation
- Uses appropriate equipment to transport goods safely
US Rubber Corp reserves the right to refuse loading if equipment is deemed unsafe.
6. Storage and Delayed Pickup
Orders must be picked up within a reasonable time after notification.
Storage or handling fees may apply if orders are not collected within a reasonable period.
US Rubber Corp may cancel the order or dispose of goods if left uncollected for an extended time.
7. Compliance with Texas Law
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, including applicable provisions of the Uniform Commercial Code.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located within the State of Texas.
8. Policy Modifications
US Rubber Corp reserves the right to update or modify this Return and Freight Policy at any time.
